The Black Liberators Foundation
Founded in 2023, the Black Liberators in the Netherlands Foundation conducts research on the more than 15,000 African American soldiers who contributed to the liberation of the Netherlands during the Second World War.

Unveiling Wiggins Park
On May 28, 2023, Wiggins Park was opened in memory of Dr. Jefferson Wiggins. The unveiling was done by his widow, Mrs. Janice Wiggins, together with the American ambassador Shefali Razdan Duggal. The park is located in front of the Margraten Town Hall.
